I had a fantastic dining experience at Yakiniku Go Plus! The service was exceptional—staff were incredibly attentive, often checking in to see if we needed anything before we even asked. The delivering robot was a fun and unique touch, adding to the overall dining experience. I ordered the double karubi, and it was perfectly balanced with just the right portion of fats and lean meat. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and look forward to my next visit!
A pretty good option for a quick BBQ fix even on a weekday work week. Giving 5 stars overall as felt that the service here was pretty good and genuine. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Food wise, portion for the meat was good, but felt the side dish and soup for the set can be given slightly more as it tasted really good. Meat wise perhaps should drizzle with less sauce or no sauce as the sauce for dipping is quite like the same taste, which is kinda salty-sweety. Overall, still a good meal and perhaps next time I will ask not to put the sauce on the raw meat as the marinade prior to BBQing.
Food is of better quality than yakiniku-like, but more expensive as well. I visited on a tuesday for dinner and there aren't many customers, but even so the staffs are not very attentive. Did not provide us with utensils and nobody to serve us the free ice cream. We had to approach the staffs ourselves for it. And they even got the ice cream flavors wrong. Service used to be so much better when i first visited this place. Its now a bit disappointing.

Tried first time here for lunch, ordered the pork star set and ala carte chicken 100gm. The meats are nice and juicy. Forgotten to take photos. Free ice cream to choose, chocolate, vanilla and lime sobet. Fulfilling lunch today. Staff are friendly.
This yakiniku go branch is the only branch that serves wagyu so it's a must visit. 👍🏻Ordered the kuroge A4 wagyu platter and it was fantastic!! Came with 3 kimchi/pickles and they kindly topped up for free! Also ordered the karubi set with curry sauce. So gooooooood. Loved the salad n soup too!The restaurant installed strong suction points at the grill so you will leave the restaurant without smelling smokey and oily. 👍🏻

Went during lunch and the restaurant is having a promo this week with free 50g of A5 Wagyu beef with any set meal purchased. Bought 3 sets and each set cost $11.90++ for 100gm of meat + free 50gm wagyu this week. The wagyu tastes really nice. Also come with a small tub of vanilla/chocolate ice cream after your meal. Easy to find seats during weekday lunch.
Updated review for visit on 20th July 2024.Visited the outlet frequently and did so today just past 8pm.Service was lackluster and we had to wait over half hour for our food because there wasnt any rice. Arrived at the restaurant when it was not super crowded or full house(probably only half of the seats were taken).6.57pm place an order7.21pm ask the waitress to check out order as it has been more than 20mins.7.26pm food is then served.The concept is customer has to grill the meat but yet they took more than 20mins to serve the order. Most of the tables were waiting for food to be served as well. Do note that Guest did not come in all in one shot. Kitchen prepping the food is obviously slow.I have visited so many yakiniku outlets they always serve within 10mins but this outlet takes at least 25mins to be served.Would recommend dinners to visit other outlets, don’t waste time on this.I am not the only person that complaints their serving slow, please read others review.

Food is great. Although the price point is on slightly more expensive than other similar brand. However the beef tongue and thick slices is very good. Chicken and pork portions are great too and very 😋 tasty. There is free ice cream at the end of your meal. If ichiban sushi member u can use same member discount
Poorest Service ever! There are many empty tables but the waiters still let us wait in front of the restaurant for more than 10min. The waiters in the restaurant went around and saw us and just went away. Unbelievable. What are we queueing for????? Please try your best to fire some waiters and find better ones.

Service was quick and fuss free.Food was fairly decent. However the A3 striploin steak was served to us frozen as shown on picture. It was also the first layer exposed directly to the freezer. It was fatty and tasty but slightly dry.The meat could have been much better if it was properly thawed out.First time I experienced a frozen steak served.I came here upon Ghib Ojisan’s recommendation, however it seems that food quality has dropped over the years.
This is Yakiniku where customers cook their own meat but I waited 30 mins for them to serve me raw meat. I don't get it, aren't all set menu and aren't the meat prepared in advance?
Long wanted to try and finally got the chance to go.It was a quiet afternoon as out the normal meal hours. The restaurant was only with few tables of customers maybe able 3 tables before us.Surprisingly our orders were served really slow that made me wonder is the kitchen cooking our food? Though we are the customers who cook our own? As this is a on the table bbq…It took about 30 mins to serve our items. Until i need to follow up with the staffs.The meat were mostly not bad, not the top grade but understandably due to the price. Then there were some cuts which is cannot make it. And there are 1 called the dragon cut, it’s a thick and long piece of meat and it’s not tender at all, they serve this without accompanying a scissors ….Not really recommending this restaurant.
Really good value for money yakiniku sets.At $20, you get the following: 300g beef, rice, salad w/ goma dressing, jap curry sauce, kimchi, soup. You get to cook the sliced meat to your liking. And oh, don't forget the sweet ending of ice cream - also part of the set.For the price point and what's included, it is so worth it!

Went there on Friday had a late lunch, glad there wasn't any queue.Minimal smoke, meat is fresh, place is not hot or stuffy and you get free ice cream to cool off ;)I will definitely come back for more meat!

Food serving was very slow. I visited at lunch time on Saturday. It was not crowded. Many tables were vacant. However, it took half an hour to get the food after I placed the order!
Singapore dining scene is getting from bad to worse. Extremely expensive for the quality of food. The chicken was bland and stuck to the grill, tore into small pieces and dropped to the bottom. The beef did not taste good on its own, I had to dip it in the sauce for it to taste good. I paid close to $50 but meal was subpar. It tasted more like a $30 meal at best. The self-order app cannot detect out of stock items and it just kept prompting me one item was OOS but which one? Wasted time to trial and error to delete to find out. I will save my money and dine in restaurants when I travel, not here in Sg anymore.
We have always been regular of the place, dining here at least once a month but have never tried it on a weekend. We chanced going last Sat & the place was packed. A compliments to your staff under the leadership of Adrian, the manager who was very professional and attentive. His set of staff like Enrico, Jasmin, Raymond treated everyone with patience & politeness, always a smile no matter how demanding some patrons are. A Kudos to the staff.The set meals are nicely priced with a wide selection of types of meat & cuts..this particular branch even offers waygu beef & no limit on dinning time.So truly a great place for a meal even on weekends!
Good value Yakiniku Wagyu Beef. Excellent cheerful service by Joanne despite only 2 serving staff for quite a big place including having to man the cashier.

Came on a weekday evening for dinner and the place is not crowded. Had 2 sets of pork and serving were slightly small. Hardly any service as staff were not attentive. Had to ask for tea refills a few times as the staff didn’t go round to check for refills. Dinner came with each customer a complimentary cup of cheap Mingo brand ice cream.

Unpalatable. The thinnest parts selected were very fat, the baking pan was small and slow, and the chunks of meat were undercooked on the inside and burnt on the outside.

Yakiniku-Go suntec is my favourite outlet out of all the outlets, everything from ingredients to attention is the best to the smallest details. There are multiple things to commend but the most outstanding out would be staff Chia Sieng(?) with his friendlines and constant check on customers and making sure the restaurant's operation and enviroment is smoothly running, can really see his efforts with his teammates. Will always choose to come back here to this outlet when I want to eat yakiniku-go again🌸Edit: One thing hoping for next time, staff wouldn't rush to clear the plates and trays... The restaurant wasn't extremely busy so I didn't appreciate how a server choose to come over and clear the plates of my friends and mine. It wasn't nice seeing them staking of plates and needing to stop our conversation just to wait, when they could be helping the other table who had a small fire going in their grill.... Kudos to Assistant manager Chia Sieng was friendly like always and settling the bill fast so we didn't wait too long.

Beef is good and the grill doesn't make your clothes smell, the tables are nice and huge too. Sometimes the service can be a little lacklustre but otherwise the value is ok for the central location and portion size. Weekday nights get crowded after 7pm so arrive before that if you want to get in quickly.
Food:The restaurant is a more premium than other Yakiniku chain stores: Yakiniku-GO and Yakiniku-Like. They serve higher quality cuts of beef (such as A5 Miyazaki Wagyu) and of course at higher price.Service:The staff is quite friendly, helpful and attentive and it really reserve 5 stars (from me) 😊Atmosphere:Just like other Yakiniku chain store, it offers a smoke-free and fuss-free yakiniku. What make it different- you can dine in for as long as you want, unlike (no more 40-min dine in time)Verdict:There are other Yakiniku restaurants offer more premium quality food compared to Yakiniku Go plus, but the later restaurant offer good quality food with reasonable price. I would definitely re-visit it whenever I am craving for “yakiniku”.
Was here for dinner, speedy and really good service. Was early for our reservation and Manager Adrian was really helpful as we were starving.Service was really fast upon ordering. These days fast food yakinuku standard is really good. Must get the jou karubi which is fatty and nice. Also the mushroom butter platter is awesome!And free ice cream at the end!
Great food at affordable prices. Meat quality was also good. Service staff were very friendly. Especially Wesley who was a rock star and went above and beyond (helped to warm up my bottle of water when he noticed that I needed room temperature water and there were only iced bottles, helped with opening the ice cream lids when my parents were struggling with it etc). Always a delight to dine here.
Came on a Sunday evening by 6pm and the crowd levels were high, but enough to still get shown to the table upon reaching without queueing. Water is not complimentary.Food takes a while to come. Around 20 minutes after the order is sent to the kitchen. Perhaps it's due to shortage of manpower on the ground.Food is generally slightly higher priced than the Lite version. But quality is pretty alright. Ordered the Beef & Pork bomb set and the Maze Beef Fat rice is very flavourful and extremely fragrant. Inside the "bomb" is wrapped with garlic chunks! Meat cuts were thick and marinate was a good choice. Ribeye steak was thick and very juicy.
