My kids absolutely love our favorite lunch spot! We always order the 200g Karubi set, while my personal favorite is the Jyo karubi. The kimchi is the perfect side dish to go with their meat! Andrew, the staff member, is always friendly and provides us with five-star service. Thank you!
The restaurant was clean and the food was ok for a yakiniku fast food chain however what perturbed me the most was the speed at which the (uncooked) meat arrives. I arrived at the store at 7:20pm and ordered by 7:30pm but the food was only here (bear in mind, u cooked meat, rice, curry sauce, salad) at 7:55pm.
First time trying at Yakiniku-go and I could say that this is quite a normal Japanese restaurant. Nothing so fancy and the menu is quite limited. I hope they have more options to choose from.On another note, the service is quick and the atmosphere is bright.So far it’s a decent experience and happy with it.

It is actually our first time dining at Yakiniku-Go and it is a 10/10 great experience! My kids immediately love it here and requested to come back again:) The service received from the staffs are very welcoming. Staff Andrew is very friendly and serves with very positive vibes! He is also very kind and pays extra attention to the kids! Lastly the food is very yummy too!
Seletar mall branch Adrian staff went beyond role and gave my kiddo a really pleasant surprise by going out to buy a cake to surprise her! 😄
William the serving waiter is e best. He is the reason we will return to dine at Seletar Mall again. His attentiveness and help given was beyond what we asked for. Very rare to have wait staff who goes above and beyond. Way to go William thank u.

We have been regular diners at Yakiniku Go @ Seletar Mall ever since its opening. However, this is the first time we have had such a wonderful dining experience! We would like to thank Ms Meera and commend her on her dedication to giving us diners her best! Ms Meera is the only one who has impressed us with her friendly disposition, prompt responses and her willingness to go the extra mile in order for us to have an enjoyable meal! We would like to extend our appreciation to Meera and, because of Meera, we will definitely visit Yakiniku Go @ Seletar Mall more often! Thank you for making our meal a very lovely one today!
This is not our first visit, but we must say this is one of the best so far. Assistant Manager Meera was attentive, and her service level is commendable. She noticed our grilles were in need of a change and approached us to suggest so. We have never had any staff suggest such,on our previous visits before.
Frequent this mall, but 1st time dining at this restaurant. Food and service were way beyond my expectations, service staff Andrew was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely return for more.

5 Star for food.Service was way below par and when you have such a bad service, the atmosphere is ruin. Thus 5 stars for food, 1 Star for Service and Atmosphere.I can understand that the servers are busy, rightfully so as the food was good and so many people patronised the restaurant but the Service attitude should match the standard of the good but alas, it was not to be. Especially one particular Indian lady server.Disappointing.....
Went on dinner peak hour, waited patiently to be seated, restaurant was busy and crowded but service was fast. Food was served promptly after placing the order. Although it can be clearly seen the restaurant is under staffed, we could see the manager on duty, Meera did her best to attend to customers requests and enquires. Had my dinner there. Beef lovers will love this place. The portion of Meat is small even I order extra. The menu choice is limited; food portion is small. The waitress (Jin) cleared my tray without asking whether im done😑.Not much svr. Bill include Svr charges. DONT think will go for 2nd time.Sorry to say this.
I always found this restaurant with queue, tried one Sunday afternoon for lunch and directly went in.The foods were served quick and loved them. The beefs were good, I only ordered the beefs here though. Satisfied my craving for beef for the day.

I was having lunch with my family today. All the meat came with the marinated sauce, making them very tasty. The staffs were also very attentive to our needs. Thumbs up on the food & services.
The service needs to be improved, the staff needs to instruct customers on how to use the grill properly as I saw other tables have better barbeque meat.
I just took my daughter to a restaurant where there were not many people dining—lots of empty seats. There was an older man working as a waiter who clearly saw us but pretended not to. He walked around for a bit with nothing to do, and eventually came to the entrance to ask how many of us there were. I told him two, but he looked at me with impatience and even rolled his eyes 🙄. I told him directly, "Never mind, your attitude needs improvement. I'm here to eat, not to deal with your attitude."
The dining experience at Yakiniku Go-Seletar Mall is nice. The meats are of high quality and the flavors are fantastic. The staff's friendly greetings especially Adrian and attentive service make the visit even more enjoyable.

all the staff are not keen in serving and not welcoming at all.. Food serve were frozen as a result for the inner part to be cooked, the exterior is overcooked.Outlet was almost empty but its a challenge to get their attention. Will not recommend this outlet, hougang mall outlet is more consistent.
Staff is attentive. Food is so fresh with nice seaweed soup,$1.90 refillable green tea. Place is spacious ,clean, cooling .will come back again..
Took takeaway for Gyu Don and received two egg shells inside the beef and rice mixed together. Quite shocking. Been a regular for Yakiniku thus disappointed.
Lousy queue system with long waiting time. Keep pushing 2 pax between empty seats with diners are finishing while leaving 4 pax hanging out to wait
we went at 3pm plus. Was told that their promo set was sold out & ' told to return for dinner when their 'sets' are replenished '. Told the service staff we live a distance away & had paid for parking so we needed to speak to the duty mgr. Told to wait til mgr returns from toilet break. 20 mins later mgr still didn't appear. After awhile we were informed they could replace the missing meat dish in the set. My issue is:1) they needed to wait for me to request taking this up with the mgr. This should have been the #1 course of action instead of asking us to return at dinner time again 3-4 hrs later & making us wait 20 mins for a mgr who NEVER SHOWED US THE COURTESY OF TALKING WITH US or showing her face. Total avoidance of meeting customers- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!2) I requested for the salad as part of the set. They served me with kimchi. I had to call them back to ask & all they said was sold out . Will replace with radish. Don't you teach yr service staff to tell customers that the salad is unavailable before shoving them with what's available- then wait for customers to ask why you delivered kimchi that they didn't order? why bother asking customer which they prefer if you don't even have the item. This is a HUGE DISCONNECT BETWEEN THE KITCHEN & THE WAITING STAFF. Please read the many bad reviews customers have left regarding your poor service & fix it -or risk loosing future business .

Went over to eat at 9.10pm and was only told that the last order was 9.15, so we went ahead. After ordering, was informed that we have to finish eating by 10pm. Food came at 9.35. Was repeatedly at least 3 times, reminded to finish our food by 10pm. While we are trying to cook and eat like a mad person, halfway thru i still have to settle the bill with all the food in my mouth.. Thanks Yaliniku Go for the horrible experience. Advise not to go after 9pm or later, unless ure having a competition of the fastest eater. The food isnt fantastic too.
Decent food that is value for money. The sets come with a nice portion of meat that goes well with the sauce and rice.Nevertheless, the taste of your food is also determined by how well you can grill / barbecue your food. Towards the end of the meal, as the "tar" starts to build up with too much oil / fire causing burnt food, the last few pieces are not as enjoyable as the first few. This is subjective though, not an issue if you can control the fire and the grilling well.The service was pretty much non-existent apart from ordering / serving. We had to get our own utensils and grill sets as the waitress forgot to bring them to us. This wasn't an issue since we were seated right beside the utensil counter.The restaurant had plenty of seats during weekday lunch hour.
A perfect place for self-grill yakiniku with affordable pricing. Kudos to the manager, Andrea attentive service. Will definitely come back again!

Food is not bad. But previously ordered pork bomb- like doesn’t seem to be available anymore. That was quite good pork wrapped over garlic. Ordered other sets, pork jowl is good. Will be back.Able to use capitastar vouchers here etc. drinks quite expensive.
I recently dined at Yakiniku-Go, a restaurant I’ve heard about for years but hadn’t tried until today. While it didn’t quite match up to some of the other BBQ spots in Singapore, it’s still a decent option with quick service, even if the staff’s expressions were somewhat lacking.One thing that left me a bit disappointed was the absence of free side dish refills. The kimchi, served in a small saucer, made the dining experience less enjoyable as I had to savor it with every bite.
