I like coming to Yakiniku Go, this outlet at Jurong Point is convenient for me and the staff here are friendly. What I like about this restaurant are the good value for money value set meals such as this picture which I posted. Only $9.90 before the usual GST and restaurant service charges. Comparing to a meal at the food food court which be $7-$8 these days, occasionally eating at a restaurant that gives you a nicer environment to relax while dinning.
A 5 stars because of the free servings given (promotion from 7-13 Jan 2025 only)For any set meal, get a portion of 50g premium cut (worth $15.90) for free which was very worth. Texture was super satisfying due to the fatty marbling.The base set (karubi and pork steak) was $13.90 for 100g, $17.90 for 200g. Super strategic pricing for everyone to get the 200g, price was okay wouldn't say it was particularly worth it.But Yakiniku-Go should just be called Yakiniku-Free, as freebies seems to be their common trope (I am not complaining).Free rice to 1.5x, a free small bowl of beef curry and the previously mentioned premium cut. Without the last addition, I would not be as excited as I was. 4 stars for the already great experience, 5 stars depending on what kind of promotion they're giving along with the usual.
Look weird , same like tumour . I consulted staff, and they said that it is normal and goof to eat . I can’t take it the “tumour “ and I just skipped it and paid. #MOH
Jane's service is the best I have ever experienced. She is very kind and willing to help guests.
The food is so nice, the service and the atmosphere as well. My dad spilled the green tea and the staff quickly cleaned our table. The other lady staff kept refilling our tea without asking them their service is truly amazing!

The experience was very good. The food was very tasty and the meat was very fresh. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They let us stay past closing so that we could finish our meal.
Meats had much fats on it that the bbq caught on fire. No one came over to check on things.Marinade sauce was okay cause I have had worse elsewhere.Service was okok although service crew rejected my request to sit at a table which was available citing the crew needed it for their lunch later. After my 40 minutes there, that table was still empty and not 1 person from the crew sat there to have their lunch.

Yakiniku has been one of our favourite place for dinner and we have visited this branch a few times, but I must say our visit today is the most memorable, in a negative way. I especially pick this place on a mid-week to catch up with a friend and highly recommended to her since she also like BBQ food. There isn't much crowd and we enjoyed the food and casual ambience. We noticed that the manager Joy wasn't too friendly when she refilled our drinks. During payment, she made a remark that we stayed very long for our dinner. We replied that there were empty tables, so we decided to stay on until the need to free up our table. She wasn't polite to my friend and me, and when we told her we will not patronize again, she actually replied "It's your choice". We were both shocked and utterly disappointed with such a response, especially from a manager. Compared to our previous visit at JEM, the service from Cherrie was alot better and even exemplary (checkout my other Google Review for her last month). The management should relook at the way they hired service staff, especially the manager where they ought to be an example for the rest of the team to look up to.So for this visit, I am giving 5 stars for the food that are already in our tummies, minus 1 star for the ambience due to unfriendliness and award 1 star for the service, i.e. rude response that we can't swallow and require management attention into this.
Saw that the Yakiniku Go was having a promotion and decided to give it a try, but when my group reached at 7pm, we were told they were closed even though there were not many people in the queue and official closing time was 10pm (according to the website). Likely the store is not sincere in their promotions and decided to cut it short. Disappointed that the store does not honor the promotions that they advertise. Do not recommend visiting, terrible experience.
I am disappointed about how we got treated , it was very long que and the manager named JOY told us waiting hrs is around 1-2 hrs but we waited 3hrs to be seated and we got a baby the management is not good and JOY dont know how to respect and also be considerate towards us as we did respect and be considerate bcs of the crowd but after all she treated us like trash and gossip about us to her colleagues about us being stupid please train your employees to be respectful and be more accurate on handling the time and its my first time to wait 3grs just to be seated as a singaporean its very rare experience for me.
Amazing service from 2 young gentlemen, Edan and Yi Wei. Had a good meal as food was fantastic too.
The food here is served on time service and is delicious. The staffs by the name of Edan and Yi Wei were really friendly and went the extra mile. Had a really great conversation with their manager Joy too. Worth coming back!
The food was good and I loved how I could deep it in the sauce and my curry, which was soooo delicious 🤤. Although, somtimes there would be a flame of fire that would scare me. Other than that, I realllllyyy enjoyed the foooood!!!! I also like how this Yakiniku allows you to cook your own food, which is not common in other places. This is way Yakiniku is so special. Thank you to Joy for being so kind towards us.☺️😁😜
Bought the takeaway ribeye steak for $20 - it was a great disappointment. The steak was hard and rubbery, was cooked too well, and was filled with tendons, making it almost impossible to chew and eat. It was also very dry. I had bought this meal previously and it was great, but now it seems like the standard has fell by a lot. For the price I expected a better quality steak and cooking. Was looking forward to eating here but after this, never again. Will avoid their takeaway from now on.

The cashier who served me on 8/8/2024 8.36pm was very nasty, her attitude and tone was awful. Previously before I enter the restaurant, I asked the manager about the free AKA item and she pointed it out to me on the member page. She did not ask me whether I would like to redeem and did not give me further information, she placed us at a table and told us to order via the QR code and left. I assume that I would need to order our own free AKA item as well.During payment, I told the cashier that I would like to redeem my free AKA item. At first she blamed me and say that I should inform their staff beforehand that I want to redeem the free AKA item. I told her that I already asked her manager about it but the cashier blame me again and say that I did not tell them I want to redeem it. After that she keyed in something in the system and my voucher disappeared, she then accuse me that I already redeemed the voucher. When I want to understand more, she say she already “settled the issue” inside her system. The whole experience felt like I did something wrong and she acted like she was very unhappy and impatient with me.Honestly, if your company is not willing to offer free food items for membership, then don’t. We aren’t beggars, stop treating us like we are. And the free cabbage salad was awful as well, we stopped eating after trying.

Portion good for small eater, not for big eater. Fresh frozen slice meat. If u got nothing to eat , This is good option. It will not fill you up unless you order alot.

Went to lunch with colleagues. Here's my review.Food: Ordered the pork collar set with bean sprouts. It's really nice and tastes good! The pork meat is lean and not very fatty type. Coupled with the Japanese white rice and the miso soup, this is a godly match!Service: Can be better. Serving was a little slow even though the restaurant is about 70% full at lunch time. The serving staff can be better trained too. His fingers are too near the dishes or the plates served. Hygiene hygiene and hygiene.Atmosphere: Not much to shout about. The spaces between tables are satisfactory. Not too close, not too far. Just nice.

I went there 1 min before closing time. The lady helped me and my child to order straight away from her counter. She told me the closing time is 10pm. She also did not pushed us to eat quickly and tell my child no rush. Thanks to her circumspection, I felt I’m pretty lucky to win a voucher to claimed half of this meal on my birthday.

Incredible service and good food! A very pretty staff (i believe her name is Kaiwen) helped me to change to corner seat upon my request, and voluntarily came and ask to change my grill when i am clearly burning my food. Love the service here! Warm and friendly, will definitely come again.
The lady supervisor is very rude, she just came to my table and grab all remaining meat that was still on the grill and place it on my plate without even asking. Seem like want to ask customer to finish up and go. Whole meal took me about 15mins and will not return.
The meat served is fresh and surprisingly the chilli is power. The garlic dipping is good too.Doing own grilling is satisfying and the portion is sufficient for small eater.Tried also the fresh mushroom but nothing to shout about.Close seating arrangement. Choose off peak hours if you want to grill n enjoy the "char" flavour.
Last week was my first visit at this branch in Jurong Point. The managers on duty were friendly. So I’m happy to say that the food and service met my expectations.
Walk in on a Sunday early evening at around 5.30pm and there is no queue ahead of us so waiting time is less than one minute.Ordered 2 pork sets and food was served in less than 5 minutes after ordering using the QR code.The food quality is good and food is nice and delicious.Will return to dine in again.
Was recommended by a friend about how fresh and its affordable meal as compared to other Japanese bbq restaurants.It does live up to its name.As the restaurant limit their diners, a 50-minute dining, you dont have to wait very long even if the queue is long. In about 30 to 40 minutes, you can get seats during a weekend lunch.
