All the dishes at Yakiniku Go Singapore are famous, but of them explained below are special:
Kimchi
Kimchi is a popular Korean dish made with vegetables like Korean radish and cabbage. Kimchi is known for its vibrant red color, crunchy texture, savory, spicy, and tangy flavor.
Karubi Jyu
Karubi Jyu is a famous Japanese dish made of grilled short ribs of beef. Usually, it is served with dipping sauces, salad, soup, and rice. Karubi is a filling and tasty recipe that can be prepared quickly for a simple dinner.
Ribeye Jyu
Ribeye steak slices are cooked perfectly to make ribeye jyu which is then served over rice. In addition to being seasoned with salt, pepper, and sesame oil, the steak is frequently served with soy sauce, ponzu, teriyaki, and a selection of dipping sauce.
Gyudon
Simmered beef and onions are combined to make gyudon, which is served with rice. In Japan, this dish is quite popular and is frequently served as a light supper. Thinly sliced beef, onions, and a sauce consisting of sake, mirin and soy sauce are usually included in gyudon.
I and my husband enjoyed the food so much. Food was really great and the Meat are juicy and soft.Food served by Hui Sheng . He was really polite the way he ask before he put the food on our table.Fang is very patient to us. We asked her for help how to order and she guide us to make sure the order has completed. Appreciated with her help.Definitely will come again.
it's my first visit to your outlet at jurong jem,I was impressed by the friendly atmosphere and was delighted to be served by one of your waitress by the name of cherry,I presumed she was a Filipino.not only she's friendly but also went to the extra miles to provide whatever I requested for, such like the sauces that goes with the Foods that I ordered and very patience with my unruly behaviour. she is really good and tolerance and it's hard not to comment about her dedication in her professionalism. out of 10 I gave her 9.5...keep up the good job and once again very thank you to her.
Their meat is always delicious😋There will be an event for seven days starting from today! And the shop assistants are really nice! I would be sad if anyone hasn’t eaten from themTheir meat has always been delicious! 😋 Starting today, there’s a promotion for the next seven days! Plus, the staff are all so nice! I’d honestly feel sad for anyone who hasn’t tried their food.
It was a lazy Monday and we were on our way to Hans when our boy wanted to try the branch here. We were greeted by the smiley Cherrie at the entrance. She was friendly and patient when we were looking at their menu and discussion the final option for our dinner. Finally, majority win. Cherrie was meticulous and arranged a table where it was not too cold for our family. Food is always nice at Yakinku but tasted better here with great service! We recommend their seafood dish (2 prawns, scallops and some squids in yummy sauce with butter that goes very well with your rice! Our hot and cold green teas were topped up promptly too. She will check in once in awhile to ensure our dining experience is always good. Atmosphere here is relaxed and cosy like other branches. Overall a great experience and we will be back for more.
This is the 200gram Double Karubi Set. The meats were tasty and well marinated. Service was attentive. Portions did feel a little small (200 grams of meat) for the $26++ price.
We were there for Sunday late lunch and we really enjoyed the quiet seating. The sets were huge in portion and the meats were well complemented with the sauces. Their innovative take on the rice is commendable as they elevated the flavours of plain rice.We were hosted by Ms. Tracy and she was knowledgable about the vouchers and the menu. She was also patient when we gave our feedback on the food during billing. We were then served food by Mr. Peter who engaged in small conversations and also made sure our Ocha was refilled despite it being his break time. Ms. Tracy’s homely welcome and Mr. Peter’s marvellous service made it a delight to dine there.

The meat was seasoned well, rice was good and love the soup with plenty of seaweed. Curry was average and it had bits of ingredients in it. So no complaints with the food quality. The restaurant seems to have a lack of staff but it wasn't hard to get their attention. Overall not a bad place to eat.
Walk in on a Saturday afternoon at around 2.30pm and waiting time is less than one minute to be seated.Ordered the Chicken set, redeem my Super Value Meal, Kiiro item and Midori item. The food quality is very fresh, tasty and delicious.Overall experience is pretty awesome as good customer service and nice cozy environment. Will return to dine in again.
Repeat visit. Service crew is warm, friendly and prompt e.g., Aldan. Usually order beef and chicken. Recommend going during off peak as you can get better seats and served faster.
Big and spacious. Good ventilation. No smokey smell during and after meals. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Meat cuts are good. Can be crowded during peak hours. Karubi is well marbled. Beef tongue has a good bite. Beef steak is tender and juicy. The free beef curry goes well with rice. Service is fast too! Definitely return for more.
Value-for-money Japanese DIY yakiniku restaurant. The chain has opened up a number of restaurants round island. Visited this joint and the decorations are similar throughout Singapore. There is an electric grill where patrons can grill their own meats, cook to the doneness they desired. The beef was fresh and tastes awesome, especially the karubi with its fat content. Patrons can order in sets and the prices are really attractive compared to a traditional yakiniku restaurant. Will surely visit whenever the family has craving for Japanese yakiniku!
One of the quieter Yakiniku places or perhaps the trend has died down. Used be a queue everywhere for Yakiniku but this place was super quiet for a Friday afternoon lunch peak hour.Portion is ok for the price you pay. Nothing to shout about. The service score is low because they were quite stingy with the sides. We ordered a set that came with 2 pieces of pickles and they won’t refill it when it runs out. I guess we were all spoilt by the Korean restaurants that refills every side dish we asked for.
Bought beef and chicken set, the chicken cut were terrible all small pieces and broken apart, a lot of meats dropped through the netting. Please consider to do proper cuts otherwise just a waste of money
Participated in the activity package and it was a good deal. The barbecue sauce tastes pretty good. It comes with two sauces. The barbecue sauce is more delicious (the sour one is not to my taste). The waiter who took the order was very nice and the food was served quickly. Finally, taxes and service charges need to be addedNote: It’s a bit expensive based on the original price, so I’ll give it three stars.
Came here to try the food because there was a 1-for-1 promotion. Server used my phone to scan the promo code and came back with a QR code paper for the table. She said ‘I will process your redemption’, so we proceeded to order the 1-for-1 meal. In the end, she delivered extra orders because she said we ordered via the Qr code when she said she would ‘process’ our redemption. I told her to cancel the order because it would have been too much food but she was very upset and tried to argue that we had placed the order. I tried to explain that her saying ‘process your redemption’ was not clear that she would place the order. She should just say ‘place our order’ which avoids misunderstanding rather saying ‘process our redemption’ which is so ambiguous and subject to misinterpretation. Ultimately resolved, but really, the service could be better and definitely the language and communication skills.Foodwise, for the same price point, I would rather eat at Yakiniku-like or Hey Yakiniku. Much nicer and better value for money.
Good value for money and service was good. We ordered 3 lunch sets and also added on gyu/beef tongue and more karubi. The cheaper karubi cut was also tasty and while fatty, it's not those chewy fats but quite tender. We also had the steak and premium karubi. Lunch set comes with Wakame seaweed soup, kimchi and also free beef flavored curry. Nice!
Mike who we presume to be the manager is very hospitable and accommodating. We enjoyed the experience at this outlet. Mike’s working attitude really showed and make our dinner a good one
Went there during dinner time, order 100g karubi and 50g pork jowl and a bowl of rice. Bill came at nearly $21.Taste was ok, however, the meat portion is on the little side for the price paid.Sauce is good, the sour sauce is appetising.Overall, will recommend if u are craving for bbq fix and do not want to clean up at home or go for premium bbq outlet.
2nd visit in a week. What attracted me to return simply of it's wonderful service, and food served well presented and fresh. In particular, it's service staff are all very friendly, especially one Ms.Cherrie who happened on duty on both my visits, she is extremely friendly and capable, always with a smiley face in greeting guests. Asset to the establishment, indeed. Yummy. Yakiniku Go. /Jem.

Peter, service staff. He’s a very friendly, hardworking and helpful stuff. He will take the initiative to ask about how’s our meal and approach us to check on us.
Came in at 20:00 and ordered 2 sets by 20:08. Took the waitress 10min to tell us they ran out of rice and asked if we could settle for more meat instead. We told her we wanted the rice because we were hungry and she came back to us explaining that they will cook the rice for us but they will take an extra 20min. Their form of compensation was 2 free chawanmushi (there were 2 of us) 🙃. Nevermind that, even after an extra 30min, our food was still not here. We only got our food around 50min after we ordered. First of all, which fnb runs out of cooked rice at 8pm when they close at 10? Second of all, despite us giving them the benefit of doubt and accepting the extra 20min wait, in the end we waited almost an hour for our food. Very unsatisfied.
I went there on a Friday around 5pm+, there are still a lot of seats, but once it’s 6pm onwards there’s alot of people already. The service was GREAT! starting with welcoming us inside, to serving us the food with great smile:) staff Peter was really welcoming and very efficient, the supervisor/manager that day(didnt manage to check out his name) was really accommodating too! The food was great, as usual. But what makes it better was the attitude of the staffs! Well done Yakiniku-go jem staffs! Keep up the good work!
Food is lousy, best part of the meal was the kimchi. Spat half of the beef rib fingers out. Beef served was bad and inedible esp for the rib fingers. Could get much better cuts of meat at competitor at similar price point. Have always enjoyed Ichiban Group's food but obviously they failed at this.
Reek of sweet char smell of meat waft into the orifice as the meat sizzles on the BBQ grill net. When the melting fats drip onto the heating elements, it ignites a tantalising and alluring flame that engulfs the meat on the grill. Remarkable place to dine with spacious seating.
A place for affordable yakiniku. Service is quick and I would recommend the double karubi. I usually order the double portions because I’m a meat lover and single is too little for me. I’ve tried the lean meat before but in the end I always go back for the karubi which is a fatter cut.
