Yureni is a patient lady who serve me despite I am too picky with my specific request. Also, she still remember me after a few months ago. Kudos to her. Her presence is the asset to this company. 😀
I would like to commend the excellent service provided by Chin Fong, Tarmini, and Yureni. They were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my meal, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Their dedication to great customer service truly stood out.
If i did not remember wrongly. The outlet opened on perfect 5 (i.e. 5 May).The environment was wonderful whereby the food are served on a timely basis. Special mention Jen and Yoke Mun for the service during our dinner. 宾至如归 you know.If the menu can incorporate more veggie. I will be delighted too. Haha.
Good service. The servers helped my children change the wire mesh twice after seeing them with big fire. Also I like that they know have free upgrade of 1.5x rice and curry as my teenagers always complain hungry after eating out. Also miss the salad. They only had kimchi and radish kimchi option. Hope they can bring back the salad option and also good if they can allow us to choose our own sauces. The lemon one tasted weird.
came in at 8pm on a weekday and no waiting time 🙂 staff are friendly but looks understaffed since they share the space with another restaurant. The pearl rice is surprisingly nice. the marinated meat is just a little too salty for my liking.fuss free dining 🙂

Came for dinner the other night - staff were very welcoming right at the start and patient in explaining what the specials and what to order. After placing out order, we had the refillable tea and I swear, I could only drink half before another of the staff would come around to refill it. Never had an empty glass until I had was done with the food. Food came quickly, were given warnings that the grill area might be hot which was also welcome. Food was great and staff were excellent; totally recommend this place.
staff are fast in responding. Drinks came fast. Friendly staffs will go around to see if customers need help. They will approach customers without customers to call for them. Food is good.
My family and I had an amazing dinner at Yakiniku. Shoutout to the restaurant staffs for their exceptional service especially the staff by the name of Tarmini. She is very friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you for making our dining experience so enjoyable.

One of our favourite places to dine in Hougang Mall! The beef is delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff is always very warm and friendly and extremely patient and helpful. We always have a great experience here and would like to thank the staff for their attentive service and friendliness!
meat texture wasn’t very nice and the salad isn’t fresh. however their seaweed soup is really nice and the rice taste premium
Their karubi beef is disgusting!! The meat texture worst than outside any hawker stalls. Can’t even swallow after chew for decades and I ordered a lot beef which really wasted! Service is not good as the waitress don’t even know how to differentiate beef and pork. Pls avoid this branch!!
Update 29/10/2024=============Today we redeemed our free dishes of pork and pickled cucumber. These were very good. Also had our usual beef and chicken meals which we always enjoyed.Service here is very good. Manager and service staff were very friendly and helpful.###########We came here on Saturday without making a reservation. Seats were available and we ordered the chicken, value and Yakiniku Go set.I enjoyed the various varieties of meat. The only thing is that the sliced chicken is a little too thin.We also has the Noritama rice which I thoroughly enjoyed. The soup is tasty with good amount of seaweed but is too small. Kimchi is nice but again too little is given.The service here is outstanding from the counter to the servers. So patient and service oriented especially the person at the payment counter. Great Job! Will be back to this branch in future even though I don't reside in Hougang!
I’m a frequent customer here and the service staff here especially Lam Chiam Sing is always very attentive to the customer’s needs, very helpful and friendly ! My family and I always enjoy ourselves visiting the outlet here because of his service

I've been to yakiniku-go a few times and this is the bext experience I've had, all thanks to senior chef Tee. He took really good care of my family throughout our meal, and ensured that the food was to our liking. There seemed to be a few new staff as well where he guided them patiently, while providing great service to the customers. I will come back again all thanks to Tee!
Food was tasty. Set meal was value for money. Even though the meat looked thinly sliced but actually were quite filling.I want to mention their top notch service at this branch. Having been to other outlets, I do not have any expectation of the services except knowing that your staff will help clear the table and refill the food , which is the norm in most restaurants. However when I visited the Hougang outlet on 17 June at about 6.45pm I was extremely delighted with your staff in this outlet. Not only were they friendly, they were attentive and went beyond their duties. It was not one but the whole team and I want to specially mention Yureni, Uncle Tee and Uncle Lam. I have written the details in my email.I am really appreciative of all your staff in this branch. Even though I live in the West, I am willing to go all the way there again because of them. Thank you for training them so well to delight your customers. Such precious employees are so hard to come by especially in F and B industry. They have long working hours and yet still so dedicated to do their job well.

This place has great service, the staff are always eager to help you when you need help. Food was great and had so many options. Even has a student promo which was either $9.90 set or $12.90 set. Got the 12.90 one, with GST and other things cost $15.47 very affordable and reasonable. Just now having my late lunch on this branch. Pls. teach ur staff to be more observant, im still chewing my food and still got abit food in plate then he ask me if he can clean the table. Im on my phone that time so brain dont really know exactly wat hes asking i just say ok later then i realise he is asking if he can clean my table. Abit disappointed.
Pork had weird smell. Chicken was bland. Rice wasn’t hot, only slightly warm and not of good quality. No dessert on the menu. Had to pay for salt! Not worth the price.

First time trying Yakiniku at hougang mall, was shocked how well the meat was marinated and also the sauces were nice too! the small side dish kimchi is good! we enjoyed eating and the staff there were friendly we enjoyed having our dinner there!
Yureni was such a nice staff that host us. Kept changing the grill, ensuring the fire is not too big and always have a smile on her face. Definitely will come again.
Manager Ms. Jennifer and her staff Mr. Darius Wong were very attentive throughout our meal at this Hougang Mall outlet. She even helped us change a dish when we commented that it is somewhat overpowering for our taste. We still remember Jennifer mentioned most importantly we must be happy. Darius was also very attentive to our little needs like getting condiments for us and changing our mesh when it was charred. What a wonderful dining experience we had at this outlet and a fabulous team you have at Hougang Mall! Keep up the good work!
good service and food portion is accurate as per menu . however i do feel the marination of meat is strong and good enough, the condiments that come with it may be too overwhelming for the chicken and beef . lastly price is affordable and reasonable

Been here twice, food is gd. However for the special menu items, there’s a need for some waiting time. Still love coming here ! Tried the lamb yakiniku , taste alright but it’s overly thin slice.
